Induluyengwe Unmarried Regiment.

I have just finished basing this Regiment which I did correctly the first time around. The last Regiment I've had to put some some Winsor and Newton Ink on to darken them and then carefully matt varnished the Ink afterwards. They are not noticeably that much different to the earlier ones now. I am getting faster at painting these Regiments so have just undercoated another unit to start on straight away.

I am waiting for someone to tell me that the Headdress is all wrong for this Regiment as I don't have much in the way of references for Zulus.

  1. Those are fantastic. Models are painted well and the basing is top notch. What rule set are you using these for?

    1. Thanks, I am planning to use Black Powder which seems to be fun to use.

  4. I work on the "tell you what - you paint yours with the right head gear/shield/loincloth colour/etc" principle :)

I go for 'looks good on the table top' so take a lot of shortcuts.

I am turning off comments for now as a certain Peter Smith has been spamming me endlessly, and it's wasting my time moderating it. I hope that does not put off genuine commentators who may want to comment later.
